Here at PermaFit we do things differently.
Every single aspect of how we work with a client is intentional and purposeful in order to achieve one thing and one thing only: long lasting results.
We help women achieve (and KEEP) the most amazing body of their life without having to diet, give up their favorite foods, rely on magic pills, or be chained to a treadmill every day.
Unlike the current diet industry, we create a safe space for each client for any "slip ups" or "unwanted detours" - there is absolutely no negative reinforcement, judgement, guilt or shame here!
Even if they feel like they’ve “tried it all” and that nothing will ever work for them.

PermaFit operates using a scientifically proven 3-pillar approach that works EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Strategy has two elements to it: Nutrition and Training.
Nutrition is going to drive 80-90% of your results. But how do you know what to eat, when to eat, how much, what your macros look like, what your calories should be, etc.?
Training (aka working out, or exercise) is going to drive 10-20% of your results. But again, how do you know which workouts are best for YOU? Does your program take into account your access to equipment? Level of experience? Mobility? Flexibility? Injury history? Strength? Endurance?
Your strategy needs to be custom built for YOU. No two women are the same, and therefore, no two strategies should be the same.
If you’re following the right strategy (Pillar #1 above), you’ll soon see that the only things holding you back are your thoughts and beliefs.
It’s simply not possible to rely on willpower, motivation, and forced positive affirmations to get long-term results.
Here’s the deal: your mind will fight you tooth and nail to keep you stuck.

In order to create long-lasting results like our clients, you need to be willing to change the script in your head so that you are experiencing a different story. A story where you no longer identify with that old version of yourself that doesn’t represent who you truly want to be.

This is extremely common, and we aim to stop that once and for all with each of our clients.
We will teach you EXACTLY how all of this works for you, your body and your goals in a very simple step-by-step process.
Alongside that, we will support you in every aspect possible. Anything from questions you may have about specific foods, exercises, supplements, macronutrients…all the way to helping you navigate issues with getting out of your own way, binging, self-sabotage, and just generally dealing with the chaos of life.
Transformation is simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. Our support and accountability is here to ensure your success from start to finish.
