A personalized, completely custom online fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching experience. You will be working intimately with a PermaFit coach every single step of the way through your journey. With our help, accountability, support and guidance, we will help not only achieve the results you are looking for but also help create the habits, routines, behaviors and mindset for this to be your last stop. We pride ourselves on helping women just like you break free from restrictive diets, create a healthy relationship with food, stop spending countless hours on the treadmill and create a beautiful and positive mindset that works FOR you instead of against you.

What Will I Get When I Enroll?

As for results go, you can expect:

Who will be my coach?

Who will be my coach?

All of our coaches are trained, experienced and work in lock-step with each other as well as our founder, Gordon. If you already follow one of our coaches and you know who you would prefer to work with, let us know and we will make it happen as long as they have the availability to serve and support you. We are very selective with who we let join our coaching team. Many of our staff were once PermaFit clients and know the ins and outs of transformation better than the majority of the world. It’s a bold statement but we stand behind it! Rest assured, you will be in expert and caring hands every step of the way.

After I’m a client how do I contact my coach?

When will I start seeing any results?

Simple! We use an app called Voxer to work with our clients. You’ll have unlimited 1-on-1 support with your coach and you can use Voxer to reach them any day of the week. We make every attempt to be available for support as much as possible. Our typical response time during business hours is under 1 hour. Nights, weekends and outside of business hours, please allow up to 12-18 hours. This is a precaution, typically we are able to respond MUCH sooner, often times in a matter of minutes. This is what sets PermaFit apart and makes us different. We want to be with you every step of the way, available to answer any question, provide any guidance, or give you any feedback whenever you need it. We will also set up phone/Zoom calls to provide deeper support if needed.

Yes, we typically do not work with women under 21 years of age. However, if you are between the ages of 18-21 and would like to discuss possibly working with us please email our team at support@permafitforlife.com and we will have a private conversation with you about whether it would be a great fit for you or not.

How will my coach know if I’m making progress?

We use a variety of tools to gauge your progress.

  1. All of your workouts will be delivered and tracked in the PermaFit app. This gives our team full transparency into what workouts were completed and which ones weren’t. We can also see if the workout was completed in full, partially, how much weight was lifted per exercise, how many reps were completed, etc. The app is extremely simple and easy to use (if you know how to use Netflix, you’re more than capable of using our app!)
  2. Every week you will be asked to fill out a short accountability form which captures new information each week. Your coach will personally review that form and give you direct feedback on everything you wrote (plus additional insights, guidance, course-correction, etc.) If you choose not to fill out this form, your coach will be reaching out regardless to make sure you are not stuck and that you are continuing to make progress.
  3. We will teach you how to easily track your food intake in a simple way via an app. This app is synchronized with our platforms so we can see every entry. You won’t need to track your food forever, but it is crucial that we see that data for at least the first 30-60 days in the program.
  4. In every coaching relationship, there has to be a level of communication, honesty and transparency between everyone. We can’t read your mind, and you can’t read ours. We will know if a client reports that they are completing everything when they actually are not. Everyone on our team has experienced struggles with weight loss at some point in our lives; due to this, we KNOW the journey can have ups and downs, but we also know how to get YOU amazing results that you’ll be able to keep forever. All we ask is for you to communicate any issues you are experiencing and trust that we will be there with you through thick and thin to get you to your goals.

How will I measure my progress?

We look for 4 main metrics in each client:

  • Body Weight
  • Body Measurements
  • Progress Pictures
  • Exercise Data
All of this data is captured on a routine basis that we identify early in the program. These metrics will remain private between you and your coach. The reason we look at these 4 metrics is to capture the whole picture of your journey. If we were to only capture 1 or 2 of these, we would be missing a significant piece of the ‘progress picture’. We also regularly assess some other critical elements through your journey including:
  • Stress Levels
  • Sleep Quality
  • The State of Your Mindset
  • Knowledge & Education
  • Relationship With Food
  • Body & Self Confidence
Will I be following a meal plan?

We typically do not like to provide meal plans because we feel they are not conducive to long term success. We have found over the years that providing a meal plan for someone is effective at getting them results in the short term, however, as soon as they deviate from that meal plan they tend to lose their results and old habits start to come back and take over. After almost 15 years in this industry, what we’ve found works best is teaching you about flexible eating as well as a few other key components such as:

  • How macronutrients work
  • How body fat works
  • How to understand nutritional value
  • How your metabolism is affected by body composition
  • How the body utilizes energy
Once you learn how these elements really work AND you see them put into practice, you’ll soon begin to “master” these topics and we’re 100% confident that you won’t need a meal plan ever again for any reason. All that said, if you are brand new to the world of health and fitness, a meal plan is an excellent tool to get started in creating some consistency and results. We will happily craft you a customized meal plan and your coach will work with you on how to best use it as well as how to properly graduate from that meal plan in time. We also offer new recipe guides every month to spark new ideas and inspiration!

I have a health condition or injury, are you still able to work with me?

This depends entirely on the situation. While we’ve had many clients with health issues and/or injuries who have seen major success with us, we’ve also had to turn down clients with more serious issues that kept them from being a great fit for our coaching programs. During your initial strategy call we will explore all of this and be very honest, transparent and up-front about whether we can work with you at this time. If you are pregnant or recently gave birth, we encourage you to still book a strategy call as our entire team is very comfortable working with clients before, during and after the birth of the child. Please make sure to keep your doctor informed every step of the way.

Will I need a gym membership?

Definitely not! If you would prefer to work out at a gym, great, we can accommodate that. However, if you’re like the majority of our clients and you prefer to work out at home, we can accommodate that as well. We can also accommodate someone who is on the road a lot and spends time in hotels, Air BnB’s, etc. Whatever your situation, we can make it work for you.

None. We build our programs from the ground up for each client individually. That allows us to build the program to start you off where you currently are at, whether that’s starting from zero experience or 10 years of experience.

Every workout is delivered via our app, along with a training video on how to use the app. Once inside the app, you’ll see very detailed demonstration videos for EVERY exercise, as well as a specific number of reps and sets that you will be assigned. We will help you get up and running and then gradually become more comfortable and more experienced with working out until it’s second nature to you!

We have different levels of support which depends entirely on what you need and the goals you have ahead of you. This is why we always request a strategy call so we can get clear on what will be best for you. Our programs are very personal, in-depth and transformative - everything is customized for your specific situation so that we can get you results AND set you up for a lifetime of sustaining those results. Depending on what you need, the investment for our coaching programs will be in the low to mid 4-figure range and our self guided program is $997 (or two payments of $555).
Your investment is a short term payment for a lifetime of freedom from dieting, food issues & weight challenges. It is also an investment into the knowledge, habits, routines and lifestyle to help create a LONG life of health and happiness with your body.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If interested, we also have 2 and 3 year payment plan options available for those who qualify (you must have a minimum credit score of 620 and annual income of $40k/year to qualify).

Is there a contract?

Yes, we do have a client agreement in place for every client, which we are required to do for legal purposes. Our programs are 6 months in duration, which is what we’ve found to be the most effective for getting amazing transformation results AND instilling the habits, routines and lifestyle changes to keep you in those results for the long haul. Once you graduate, there are continuity options available at a significantly lower investment rate, should you choose to continue. You are not required to continue past our initial time together.
